 It's all about you. Since our beginnings in 1989 in Carlsbad, California, when our company was called Carlsbad Printing Service, we have tirelessly sought out new and better ways to meet our clients' needs. As the commercial printing industry has undergone radical changes, we have risen to the challenge every step of the way to bring new technologies and innovations to our clients, for greater creativity and overall satisfaction. We bring our passion for excellence to every job, whether it's a simple, one-color run or a sophisticated, six-color job with custom die-cuts! We began as a quick-print and duplicating shop, purchased by Martin Solarsh who had recently arrived from South Africa. In those days, we had only 20 employees – and a vision. Partner Philip Lurie, also from South Africa, joined us in 1990, bringing his business acumen to the team, and enabling us to move forward to the next level of realizing our mission. Today, our 47,000 square-foot corporate headquarters located in the Carlsbad Research Center are home to not only our printing facilities, but also to a unique computer tracking system which monitors the progress of every job from the moment it is assigned to the moment it reaches your hands. Via our electronic pre-press department, CPS PRINTING utilizes the Internet for seamless preparation of your job. This gives us exceptional quality control and project-management through every phase of planning and production. Co-located with CPS Printing is Cordius Group, a new division of CPS offering the latest in digital printing technology coupled with data analytics to create powerful direct marketing campaigns. We are proud to be holders of ISO 9001 certification, earned in June 1998. This highly prestigious industry certification was earned in just nine months – a process which typically takes our competition two years or more. We are also proud that our state-of-the-art, full-service printing facility ranks among the top five commercial printers in San Diego County in terms of sales volume.
